ER Tapper (For CNC Lathe)

- Set Included Body, Nut, Wrench.
- Set of collet and Box.
- S = V/P
- S = Spindle running speed for example :
- Processing material : S45C, V = 400 ~ 440
- Pitch = 1.5 P
- S = V/P = 440/1.5 = 293 ( R.P.M.)
- For use in ER Collet to hold taps, the range of hold is 1 mm, it can be hole taps in any kind of shank.
- The body was made of SCM-21 steel, tighting screw have been prcise ground.
- Design of telescopic ability, can be weed out overdo at the same time with main spindle turn in reverse and table fall back, protect workpiece and tap against break.
- Ductile shank was short, so did not commandeer space.
- Floating assembly, can be automatic to correct deviation of repeated position in workpiece.

Note :
- The processing material is more hard, the M/min should also become more slow.
- Before use the Straight Shank ER Tapper, please decide spindle running speed of Lathe machine, otherwise will make the Shank and Tapping break or split cause to too fast or too slow of speed.
