Features :

- Before install batteries , please warp by plastic cloth in outer diameter of battery to avoid electric conduction.
Using Optical Edge Finder on the old machine or chuck tooling, if the Optical Edge Finder happen slanting; while the Center of Optical Edge Finder is uncertain of main spindle's center.
The method of using Optical Edge Finder as follows :
- Moving the steel ball which on the top of Optical Edge Finder to workpiece and make them touch untill the red lamp lighten. Then write down the datum. (ILLUSTRATION 1).
- Withdrawing the workpiece and turnning the main spindle in a half circel to the lowest by hand. (ILLUSTRATION 2)
- Removing the Optical Edge Finder to workpiece and making them touch. Then write down the datum. (ILLUSTRATION 3)
- Adding these two datums and divide by 2 then got a numerical. This numerical is a correct stander center point.
